recipe: sunshine energising smoothie

We have put together a sunny recipe of healthy goodness to sip on in the warmer months. Filled with lots of vitamins and nutrients such as potassium, iron and folate as well as Vitamin C to help keep you feeling well and energised. We hope you enjoy! xx Nb

Ingredients:

Dash of vanilla extract
1x banana
1x cup of frozen mango
1x cup frozen strawberries
2x tablespoons of chia seeds
Small handful of goji berries
2x small oranges- the zest of 1, juice of 2
Small knob of peeled ginger grated
Small beetroot peeled and cubed
2x cups oat milk

Blend all ingredients until you have reached your desired consistency. You may need to add more oat milk or orange juice if you like your smoothies a little thinner.
